also 22 for romney. what it means is that the idea that obama could get 80% of the minority again it's actually quite plausible based on this and other data. that looks like what it's going to get to. if he doesn't get 80, he will get 7 meters 79. as you can see by the right-hand figures, obama is actually doing better -- which is actually somewhat better than he did in 2000 and one he lost them by 18 points. remember what we said about the outlandishly large margin that mitt romney needs to be with white working-class voters. he is not anywhere close. that is the bottom line. this is true across many polls. you might see a margin of 20 points for mitt romney or a margin of 22 points. nowhere do you see the outside margin that he really needs to win the election. given how he appears to be holding support and then some of college graduate voters so that is where we are now in the national picture. as we know, these elections that we choose to have in the united states are not decided by the popular vote.

the likelihood of me graduating at the time was 5%. 5% of kids graduated at as a special education students. i went on to graduate from high school and had the luck of having great teachers and having great principles or luck of where your zip code is. it should be high-performing schools are in public schools across the nation, and public charter schools and we are giving parents the choice to pick what is the best for them. one last thing, which is we decided last year to try to understand turnaround because we started out with our models. so we have the lowest performing schools in harlem. it was in the bottom 1% of the new york schools overall. and we took that school over and we applied this and this year we will be in the 90th percentile. we keep kept the same students and what we did was change the name on the door and the adults in the building, we would change both of them and now we are in the 96th percentile. we can't say anymore that is impossible we should say that we expect that it is predictable and possible for every child in america and that we have an obligation to give it

last night i was at the airport at 5:00 so i was about 4 o'clock, but before that i was arriving at the police department and throughout the different areas trying to get a feel of how we could be helpful. but one of the things i mentioned is how desperately they need placement, and how much they like to return serve as men and women and the great job that they do. one of the things that they mentioned is the training process is so -- it takes a long time. and it just goes to what we have talked about getting certificates in the military said the military policemen want to complete his training he's given certificates that can take certificates from other training states and things like that, but they don't have the ability to do that there. so it just highlights what you're talking about and how we can do some of these things. again, to very quickly put some men and women in the work force. >> very true. because it is also a process of putting them together. the folks looking for people that want to work in getting them to work and that is where military out, and monster.com and a lot
